·     To manage the team of 19 to 20 engineers (Engineering Test, Conformance and Test Automation) for testing/automation of Conexant’s WLAN Business Unit for all NICs, APs, xDSL, VoIP-DSL-Router, VoIP-Phone and Embedded projects (Digital Camera, Printer and Mobile phones etc.) with various interfaces like: PCI, SPI, SDIO and USB.

·     Responsible for building, recruiting, leading and managing a wireless SW QA team in Conexant.

·     Monitor all the projects status and engineers for the testing and updates to Program Managers.

·     Conduct training on the new features/standards of Conexant WLAN projects.

·     Weekly meeting with Director of WLAN BU, Program Managers & QA team members issues, job status, new plans and motivation.

·                 Answerable for all the ISO/CMMi Level-3 process and related queries in the assessment/appraisal.

·                 Involvement in all Core Decisions/Discussions in the Conexant WLAN BU.

·     Become head of the Engineering, Conformance & Automation test team for all WLAN/Embedded WLAN products.

·     Defined the test planning process, testing strategy, testing life cycle for Engineering, Conformance and Automation Test.
